I have found this while searching for a conversion kit:

Is it just me, or are those tail blades on the wrong way round??

Noel Cross had modified a pilots trex 700 rotorhead to get more flybar input to the blades. The felt that there is a lacking in this area making accurate flying more difficult than other 90 helis,

Apparently they have had great results from this mod, so Noel has done the mod to mine. I got the part back yesterday so I shall get it rebuilt ready to test fly this pending weekend. For any one who might feel that although the 700 trex is agile and great for 3d, it could do with a tad more accuracy here and there, watch this space. I will post any findings and a picture of the mod in due course.

Why I fired my Secretary.

Last week was my birthday
and I didn't feel very well
waking up on that morning.

I went downstairs for breakfast
hoping my wife would be pleasant and say,
"Happy Birthday!",
and possibly have a small present for me.

As it turned out,
she barely said good morning,
let alone
" Happy Birthday."

I thought...

Well, that's marriage for you,
but the kids...
They will remember.

My kids came bounding down stairs to breakfast
and didn't say a word.
So when I left for the office,
I felt pretty low
and somewhat despondent.

As I walked into my office,
my secretary Jane said,
"Good Morning Boss,
and by the way
Happy Birthday ! "
It felt a little better
that at least someone had remembered.

I worked until one o'clock ,
when Jane knocked on my door
and said, "You know,
It's such a beautiful day outside,
and it is your Birthday,
what do you say we go out to lunch,
just you and me."
I said, "Thanks, Jane,
that's the greatest thing
I've heard all day.
Let's go !"

We went to lunch.
But we didn't go
where we normally would go.
She chose instead at a quiet bistro
with a private table.
We had two martinis each
and I enjoyed the meal tremendously.

On the way back to the office,
Jane said, "You know,
It's such a beautiful day...
We don't need to go straight back to the office,
Do We ?"

I responded,
"I guess not.
What do you have in mind ?"
She said,
"Let's drop b y my apartment,
it's just around the corner."



After arriving at her apartment,
Jane turned to me and said,
" Boss, if you don't mind,
I'm going to step into the bedroom
for just a moment.
I'll be right back."
"Ok." I nervously replied.

She went into the bedroom and,
after a couple of minutes,
she came out
carrying a huge birthday cake ...
Followed
by my wife,
my kids,
and dozens of my friends
and co-workers,
all singing "Happy Birthday".


And I just sat there...

Another free internet service which is totally free..

INCREDIMAIL.

This is a small software package that you can down load for free and it will pick up on your incoming emails. It can run in the background on your pc and when an email comes in, it has all sorts of mega fun cartoon things that appear and let you now. Sounds and great images that add something special to your email client.
You can of course manage your emails 100% with it, like sending and filing etc. Forwarding and contact lists.
I use AOL which is a bit of a nightmare and odd one, but Incredimail even picked up on that and set itself up automatically so all my AOL emails come though incredimail. It does not take over as such, so your original provider software continues to work too.

The kids love it too as it had folding envelopes being posted and opened when you read or send an email. Definitly one where the sound needs to be turned on as it sounds as fun as it looks.

So just letting you know it's there and a free fun option.

I was informed that instead of the more usual Macfee and Nortons which cost money to maintain as Anti Virus software options, there is a totally free alternative which does not slow the computer down like Nortons, does not intrude all the time, yet catches more attacks and virus than others.

This is not some 30 day trial and you have to crack it, or a year and then your stuffed.. Nope it is free, totally free, all updates are free and will apparently remain so.

So I have it on all my computers and it is great. So why not let all members of MHC know too.
I would suggest you guys check it out as it ain't gona cost. I understand that you don't need to have Nortons or Macfee on your system as it clashes and possibly does not work.
