I have never flown a knight heli before but I had seen lots of good things from the likes of aid law and friend Simon Scott who are both very good pilots so I suppose you might be a bit sceptical. But with Simon been at the same club as me I have seen a lot of good thighs come from the knight heli and how it has seemed to help bring his flying on. So yep you guessed it I had to buy one. But with me geeting a bit old in the tooth and me turning to the electric side I had to wait until now to get my hands on one. Boy was it worth the wait. I had my first few flight on it yesterday and it is one of them helis that fly’s like you have flown it for years and if you add this together with the fact that you don’t have to mess around with motor pinion or speed controller combinations this is one mean heli. Plenty of power and graght flying characteristics and for the mean 3d chaps there is the slightly more expensive 8s version and if you are just learning there soon will be the 6s and when you progress all you have to do is upgrade the motor for the 8s one and if you buy some 2s packs of the some capacity as you’re 6s packs then you can link these up in series and you are away. I am now looking forward to getting some more flight time on this model. What more can I say but check out the video of me flying it and decide for yourself. PS don’t hesitate to pm or post for any more info |

I have just put the new style canopies on both of my Knight 3D models ready for North Notts. A little bit of modification was needed as it is a totally new shape. Finally the model looks as good as it flys. I have put a couple of pictures in my gallery. I would put a picture in the thread but I can't work out how to do it. |

Last night I went through two clutches on my 3D one was compass and the other a TT. Both had one side sheared off completely. Any ideas why this is happening? This makes a total of 3 clutches in 65 flights. Cheers Simon |

Just wondering which servos you would use for a knight 50 pro, at the moment i am using futaba s3152 and what to use something a bit faster, but they also have to be wallet friendly not 80 pounds each as i am on a budget. so if anyone has any ideas please let me know..............thanks |
